To log into the mobile app, open the app and enter your login details according to the instructions below.
How to log in with an email address
If you have provided us with an email address, you will log in with your email address and the password provided in your app download email. Your login details are listed near the bottom of the download email, directly below the Online Travel Itinerary & PDF heading.
How to log in without an email address
If you do not have an email address or have not provided us with one, your app download email will be sent to your group's lead traveler. You will log in with your first name, last name, and booking #, which you can find at the bottom of the app download email.
