Cancellations while clients are on the trail

  • One-offs will be handled solely by CS. For example, a client doesn't make it to Rifugio Elena and buses back to Courmayeur to stay another night. CS would handle that cancellation. CS will update Ezus with the changes and inform finance if needed.
  • Early departure - CS will initialize the cancellation requests and inform the reservations person via a tag in the CS canvas and a DM to the res person. The reservations person will ensure that the cancellation is followed through and that Finance is aware of any charges/refunds/credits. Finally, they will update Ezus with this information.
